I understand wanting to be able to access Peacock with that offer, they do have some great programming available! We have found that sometimes it may be a different email if you had previously logged into Peacock with that email in the past.
If you are an Xfinity Rewards member with a Diamond or Platinum level, you will be able to get a free Peacock membership, just not yet. This comes as Comcast was meant to start offering free Peacock to Diamond and Platinum members today, but it is not working right now. Yesterday was the last day Comcast offered free Peacock to its customers.
